The Hamilton Intra-Matic Auto Chrono is a contemporary interpretation of a classic 1968 timepiece, blending sporty elements with a timeless aesthetic. The watch features a striking blue “reverse-panda” style dial, evoking retro charm. The dual-register dial setup enhances the vintage feel, with the running second displayed on the left and the 30-minute totalizer on the right.
The cream white sub-dials on a light blue background are intricately detailed with precise snailing, adding depth to the design. The white Tachymeter scale on the periphery inside the case pays homage to vintage chronographs like the Chrono-Matic. The watch model number is H38416541, housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with a fixed bezel.
Complementing the case is a tan leather strap secured with a steel pin-buckle. The blue “reverse-panda” dial features 60s-style applied hour markers and hands coated with Superluminova for enhanced visibility in low light conditions. The date display at 6 o’clock maintains the watch’s symmetry.
